\nAlramzi stated that working on the website was not merely a technical task or a redesign of web pages, but rather an attempt to contribute to highlighting the legacy of a long-established environmental institution and the journey of generations of volunteers, experts, and specialists who have given so much to serving the environment in Kuwait. He added, "When we deal with an institution that is over half a century old, we are not just dealing with a website, but with a history of work, dedication, and responsibility. It is our duty as volunteers to contribute our knowledge and experience to preserving this legacy and presenting it to future generations in a way that keeps pace with modern tools." He emphasized the importance of documenting the efforts of the first generation and the founders who laid the foundations of the association and contributed to establishing environmental and volunteer work in Kuwait. He pointed out that preserving their biographies, experiences, and initiatives represents a tribute to their contributions and an important reference for new generations to learn about the beginnings of the journey, benefit from their expertise, and continue building upon it.
\nHe explained that \u201cthe development process focused on reorganizing the website's content and facilitating access to the association's programs, initiatives, publications, news, and volunteer teams, making the site a comprehensive window to showcase the association's roles and contributions, while simultaneously serving as a platform to help the public access environmental knowledge and opportunities for participation and volunteering.\u201d He noted that \u201cthe website includes a significant portion of the association's knowledge and documentation resources, including its specialized publications, the \u201cEnvironment\u201d magazine, and its awareness, educational, and training programs, in addition to information about the association's history and its various areas of work.\u201d.
\nHe added, \u201cThe redesigned website incorporates the association\u2019s updated visual identity, a gift from Rivina as part of its corporate social responsibility and support for environmental work and civil society organizations.\u201c He noted that \u201dimplementing the new identity on the website has contributed to a more consistent visual language through fonts, colors, logos, and presentation mechanisms, linking the association\u2019s digital presence to a unified corporate image that reflects its character, mission, and history.\u201d.
\nAlramzi stressed that volunteer work is not limited to participating in field activities and events, but includes each volunteer offering what he has of knowledge, specialization or skill to serve the institution and society, adding that \u00abpreserving and highlighting the legacy of the Kuwait Environment Protection Society is a responsibility we all share, and what we are providing today in terms of digital and documentary tools is an extension of the efforts of those who came before us, and a means to convey more than half a century of environmental giving to new generations, and to motivate them to be part of the journey of environmental volunteer work in Kuwait.\u00bb.
