Dr. Wajdan Al-Aqab, President of the Kuwaiti Society for Environmental Protection, confirmed the Society's participation in the Future of Human Resources Conference (New Roles for a Changing Era), scheduled to be held from February 21-23. The Society will highlight its role by presenting a new term for human resources, as well as discussing the future of green jobs.
\nThe role of environmental specialists in managing future jobs, especially since future entrepreneurial businesses depend on preserving the environment, noting that the conference addresses 6 scientific tracks and 8 workshops concerned with the future of human resources and witnesses the participation of regional and international experts and thought leaders from 8 different countries through 16 speakers, experts and specialists.<\/p>\n
Dr. Al-Aqab said that the association addresses the issue of green jobs with a sophisticated approach and thinking, in addition to the Future of Human Resources Conference (New Roles for a Changing Era) which includes a wonderful group of regional and international speakers and thought leaders who will cover a range of highly important topics with the aim of continuous development and contributing to the success of our human resources in facing the challenges of the future, while providing solutions to raise the quality of human resources to occupy the position they deserve in the field of local and global competitiveness.<\/p>\n
She explained that the overall goal of the conference is to address and empower human resources specialists to lead and develop their institutions\u2019 most valuable assets by discussing the best modern institutional empowerment systems for all employees and those interested in human resources, whether at the executive, administrative and leadership level, and how to develop institutional strategies according to best knowledge practices and institutional performance evaluation systems according to modern global standards, with the aim of creating a competitive advantage that supports modern administrative strategies and supports the development of human resources departments to be able to keep pace with the latest global institutional trends.<\/p>\n
