The Society, through its member and meteorologist, Issa Ramadan, emphasized that &quot;the situation necessitates staying indoors at the onset of rainfall and avoiding venturing into low-lying areas and floodplains where water accumulates. It is also crucial to avoid traversing areas prone to flash floods, which inevitably sweep away vehicles due to their force.&quot; Expert Issa Ramadan explained that &quot;the current weather conditions, including rain and cloud cover, are a result of the deepening low-pressure system causing instability. This instability is a direct consequence of the collision of two air masses. One is a very warm and humid air mass moving from the Arabian Sea and the Arabian Gulf in the northwest of the Arabian Peninsula. The other is a cold air mass moving from the southeast of the Arabian Gulf and the Arabian Peninsula, forming a warm front and bringing heavy rain (drenches) that affected the region last night, Tuesday, and are expected to continue tonight, Wednesday, followed by rain tomorrow, Thursday, from the afternoon through the evening. A relatively cold front accompanied by thunderstorms with rainfall ranging from moderate to occasionally heavy is expected to cross the region.&quot; A member of the Environmental Society added, \u201cTherefore, we urge desert travelers and road users to avoid venturing into low-lying areas, valleys, and floodplains, and to stay home to prevent harm and danger until this weather system passes. A gradual improvement in the weather is expected to begin on Friday, the 27th of this month.\u201d Ramadan stated, \u201cThe rain will affect the eastern regions of the Arabian Gulf and Saudi Arabia, extending to the UAE and Oman, as the low-pressure system passes through from tonight and tomorrow.
