The society supports national efforts in the areas of food security through its environmental education programs.

The Kuwait Environment Protection Society stated that its efforts and roles in environmental education align with and support the plans and programs of relevant government entities, including the Ministries of Education and Higher Education and Scientific Research, in addition to being consistent with international partnership programs aimed at enhancing food security and sustainability. This was confirmed in a press statement today by Engineer Yousef Abdulredha Al-Ramzi, Vice President and official spokesperson for the team.

The association stressed the importance of including the environmental aspect in the proposed education pathways in a deeper and broader manner.

The Kuwait Environment Protection Society commented on the newly announced government approach to the five proposed secondary education tracks, praising the committee members responsible for this proposal for including the environmental aspect and not neglecting it, in order to strengthen specializations needed by the labor market due to their importance and role in developing society.
