About the Platform

Run by the Environmental Engineers Team (EET), established in 2022 under the Kuwait Environment Protection Society (KEPS), a leading civil society organization in the environmental field since 1974.

In Kuwait, environmental engineers often encounter limited career opportunities, confined to roles that restrict the full utilization of their extensive engineering capabilities. This first-of-its-kind initiative aims to highlight the importance of the national cadres of students majoring in environmental engineering and their contributions to sustainable development by providing a platform to showcase their innovations in an annual exhibition.

What the platform sets out to do

Highlight the important roles that environmental engineers play in promoting sustainability in Kuwait.
Provide these talented professionals with a platform to truly showcase what they can offer.
Present capstone and senior projects to leaders from various sectors, as well as elite government figures.
Improve the labor market's perception of these engineers' potential. We are committed to making a real difference by helping environmental engineers gain recognition for their broad contributions.
Open up more job opportunities and encourage the widespread adoption of sustainable practices in both the public and private sectors.
