Environmental entity
The Environment Society is proud of His Highness's establishment of the first environmental entity in the State of Kuwait when he directed the establishment of the Environment Department in Kuwait Municipality, reflecting His Highness's insightful vision of the importance of the environment and natural resources in the development process.

Environmental Law
While commending the high level of attention given to the environment, the Environment Society expresses its gratitude for the enactment of Environmental Protection Law 42/2014, in line with His Highness the Amir's vision for Kuwait 2035 and in support of the sustainable development path he instilled.
