”We are proud to participate in the Kuwaiti Environmental Engineers Forum and Exhibition, organized by the Kuwait Environment Protection Society. The event brought together Kuwaiti engineers who graduated from American universities over the years, united by a shared goal of a sustainable environmental future.” This was emphasized by Mishal Ghazi Al-Hindi, Director of the Services and Information Technology Group at Kuwait Gulf Oil Company, during a meeting at his office with several company leaders and Dr. Wajdan Al-Aqab, President of the Society for Environmental Protection, along with a group of members from the Society’s Kuwaiti Environmental Engineers team.
“During the meeting, Meshaal Ghazi Al-Hindi received a shield of honor in his name in recognition of his efforts in making the participation of the Kuwait Gulf Oil Company a success, which participated in the forum as a logistics sponsor, as well as organizing a distinctive environmental awareness and knowledge pavilion that attracted many of the exhibition’s audience, which added an important practical dimension,” she noted, describing the meeting as “a distinguished platform for exchanging experiences and enhancing cooperation in order to protect our environment.”.
Dr. Al-Aqab added that “the meeting included, in addition to Mishal Ghazi Al-Hindi, Director of the Services and Information Technology Group, Abdullah Sayed Hashem, Director of the Risk Management Group, Mutairan Shaman Al-Shammari, Head of the Public Relations and Media Team, Afrah Khalid Al-Adwani, Senior Media Relations Officer, and Amani Saad Al-Anzi, an environmental engineer,” who were among those who worked behind the scenes with commendable effort to support the pillars of the forum, which necessitated the presence of the association’s environmental engineers to present the honor, namely engineers Yousef Al-Ramzi, Yousef Hajji, Abdullah Al-Omran, Hussein Al-Amir, and Adel Al-Azmi.”.
She stated that “the meeting addressed ways to enhance qualitative environmental cooperation between the association and the company to promote community and student culture in the field of media, petroleum culture, and the areas of work of the Kuwait Gulf Oil Company, in addition to coordinating and designing workshops and mutual programs that support this specialized cooperation.”.
